How do I register my child for school?
If you’re new to the area and want to enroll your child in our school, simply visit our office to fill out the necessary paperwork. When you come, please bring the following documents with you:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Your child’s immunization records
- Proof of residency

Is there a bus service available?
Yes, we provide bus services to our students. We consider riding the bus a privilege and expect students to follow bus rules and behave appropriately while riding the bus. Please visit our district Transportation page for more information on bus routes and policies.
What should I do if my child must be absent?
If your child must be absent from school, please call the school office as soon as you’re able to let us know the reason for the absence.
Is there a dress code at Mission Oak High School?
Our district encourages students to dress appropriately for school, and we do enforce a dress code for all high school students. Please view our dress code policy to ensure your child complies with TJUHSD guidelines.
Does Mission Oak High School provide meals during the school day?
Yes. We serve breakfast in the cafeteria before school from 8:15–8:45 a.m., and students can purchase lunch during their lunch period. Please visit our district Food Services to learn more and to view monthly menus.
